Three phases. One continuum of care. Real pathways to stability
Sunshine Community: Rebuilding Stability, Restoring Hope
Sunshine Community helps unhoused individuals and those at risk of homelessness regain stability and self-sufficiency through personalized, relationship-driven support.
We keep our program small and intentional—so every participant gets real, hands-on guidance to reach their goals. From admin and tech access to housing navigation and advocacy, we connect people to the partners and resources that lead to lasting change.
Working with United Way, Mutual Aid Partners, Toilet Equity, Peer 180, SHIFT Counseling,Housing Resources of Western Colorado, Sagebrush,Health Solutions West and Hard Beauty, and many more we deliver wraparound care that rebuilds dignity, independence, and opportunity.
Homelessness affects everyone—but when we invest deeply in people, entire communities grow stronger.
Together, we can turn compassion into action and hope into home.
