Housing Projects
Big things are happening at Sunshine Community!
Sunshine House is a safe and welcoming space for participants in our program to call home.
This will offer long-term, stable housing for those rebuilding their lives through the Sunshine Community program — a place where safety, support, and second chances come together.
Permanent Housing Solutions
Future Project Goals
Sunshine Community’s long-term vision is to create a continuum of housing that allows participants to move from stabilization into interim and ultimately permanent housing. As lower cost housing remains limited in Grand Junction, we are exploring opportunities to acquire and preserve low-cost housing—such as mobile home parks—to create accessible next-step options for those ready to transition out of our program.
